Boomer
is an 80 lb. yellow male out of Tiger's
Virginia Jack Daddy and Clubmead's Fine China. He comes from well established working labs
- his grandfather being FC AFC Westwinds Bold Tiger. He completed his
Junior hunter title in 4 out of 5 tests on Sept. 9,
2007. Boomer also has two legs on his CD
completed. If we can stop hunting long enough we will go
back to finish soon. He is very athletic and has a
natural drive for retrieving and scent work.

Boomer was
recently genetic tested for EIC (exercise induced
collapse) and the results were clear. He does not
carry any genetic alleles for the disorder. EIC is
becoming more prevalent in field labs and working labs
in the U.S. It was recently discovered that the disorder
has a genetic link. The research suggests that we
attempt to breed dogs that are at least only carriers if
not genetically clear in order to stop the spread of
this disorder within the breed.
